Bus Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Bus Maintenance Technician to join our team for a year-long contract. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical aptitude and a strong ability to maintain and repair Volvo/Prevost buses using OEM software and diagnostic platforms.
Responsibilities
- Remove and install bus seats or repair existing ones as needed.
- Utilize OEM software and diagnostic platforms to troubleshoot complex coach systems.
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify issues and repair engines, electrical systems, air conditioning, steering, and braking systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buses.
- Use hand tools effectively to complete various maintenance tasks.
Essential Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in using OEM software and diagnostic platforms.
- Experience with hand tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex bus systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Maintenance repair experience.
- Experience as a maintenance technician or engineer.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
