We are seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to become a part of our team! You will coordinate medical and health services in Senior living organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee ADL and health service activities and personnel
- Plan and coordinate Medication management
- Work collaboratively with physician and Nurse to implement appropriate care plan
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Establish and enforce care policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
