Pay $30~$38 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Full-time Requirements Basic life support Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant X-ray / Radiography Certification Current licensure as a Licensed or Registered Dental Assistant (LDA/RDA). Valid CPR/BLS Certification. High level of proficiency with digital X-ray equipment and electronic record-keeping. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management and the ability to work effectively within a small team. Job Description Specialized Chairside Assisting: Provide expert assistance during endodontic procedures using fully digital workflows and advanced imaging. Patient Advocacy: Guide nervous patients through their procedures, ensuring they feel informed and at ease. Sterilization and Safety: Maintain a pristine, hazard-free environment by strictly adhering to all infection control and sterilization protocols. Office Stewardship: Manage dental inventory, order clinical supplies, and maintain organized operatories. Administrative Cross-Support: Assist with scheduling and front-desk duties as needed to ensure seamless practice operations and coordination with referring offices.
