We provide all aspects of dentistry, from routine dental exams and equilibration to advanced dentistry such as fillings, endodontics, periodontal therapies, and oral surgery.

We offer our equine services at our facility or yours, and at our referring veterinary clinics in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Upper Michigan (UP). Small animal services are performed on-site at our facility in Elkhorn, Wisconsin


Experience & Skills Required

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our veterinary dental specialty practice. The primary focus will be on companion animals with some cross-over training with our equine CSR support team.

As the face and voice of our clinic, you will greet clients, schedule specialized oral health consultations, coordinate patient arrivals, and manage billing for advanced veterinary dental procedures.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor in a busy clinical setting, and a genuine love for companion animals. Prior experience in a veterinary front-desk role is required. We highly value a motivated professional who will bring a positive attitude and strong multitasking abilities. Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience--$17-20/hr. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
