Licensed Talk Therapist

Thriveworks is seeking a Licensed Talk Therapist to deliver high-quality outpatient mental health care to individuals, couples, and families in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you’ll provide evidence-based psychotherapy, complete diagnostic assessments and treatment plans, and document care accurately in our EHR. You’ll work in a hybrid model, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions, supported by clinical leadership, peers, and robust tools. Thriveworks’ client-centered, inclusive culture emphasizes ethical practice, collaboration, and ongoing professional growth within a mission-driven, rapidly expanding national practice.
