Shift Availability for Maintenance Technician:

• Full-Time, Days
• Every 5th weekend
• Holidays

Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician:

• Maintain campus, facilities, and equipment by utilizing a variety of building trades
• Utilizes work order system to manage and document completed work orders
• Assist with snow removal as needed
• Ensure safety, quality, and timeliness of completed work
• Conduct regular rounds checking fire extinguishers, exit signs, etc.
