Job Summary: SCA is seeking an energetic and reliable Day Porter to perform day-to-day commercial property services at various locations in and around the greater Charlotte region. The successful candidate will be highly organized, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. Job Responsibilities: Operate a pick-up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route. Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted Perform labor duties as required by team lead . Such as: Perform litter pick-up along highways Perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties U sing a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, changing trash bags, and walking around the property to check for issues Job Requirements: Valid Driver’s License Clean driving record for past 3 years High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience closely related to the field of work. Ability to follow directions and read maps Must maintain valid driver's license/good driving record Must pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug tests Ability to operate a pick-up truck safely Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally Moderate lifting - no greater than 40 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping. No fine manipulation or fine manual dexterity required.
