What we can offer you:Medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and moreOutstanding benefits, including low insurance premiums for individuals and families.Hands-on trainingOpportunities for advancementWhat you'll need:Minimum five (3) years of working in an intermediate to advanced analyst role in a healthcare environment in direct support of business operations.Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, informatics, mathematics, statistics, or related field OR equivalent experience in lieu of degreeModerate to strong report writing capabilities to pull and organize data from various financial and clinical systemsRequires an analytical mind, strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, inquisitive questioning, and ability to integrate data from multiple sources.Proficient understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) required.Excellent communication skills to include written and oral required.Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and communicate findings clearly to financial and non-financial audiencesMaster's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, informatics, mathematics, statistics or related fields preferred Experience with labor or productivity reporting preferredlnfor/Lawson, Strata, and/or Symplr experience preferredTableau or other BI Tools experience preferred Intermediate to Advanced SQL experience preferred Schedule: 1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week; Day Shift, No Weekends.
