Job Summary Reliance Home Health Caregivers is urgently seeking a RN or LPN to provide nursing care to a 12‑year‑old female patient with a G‑tube and ventilator support in Oswego, IL. The position requires direct patient care on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:15 am to 5:15 pm. Immediate hire with pay rates of $47 / hour for RN and $38 / hour for LPN. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to the 12‑year‑old patient, including G‑tube management and ventilator support. Coordinate care and communicate with case managers, doctors, and family members. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interventions. Qualifications Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois. Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience as an RN or LPN. Valid CPR certification. Experience with pediatric or home health care preferred, but not required. Benefits Flexible hours/scheduling for full time, part time, or PRN (8, 10, 12, or 16 hour shifts). Competitive hourly pay $36–$47. PPE provided. Training available for pediatrics, home health, and other skills.
