A-Line Staffing is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Panama City Beach, Florida! This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NP with a background in primary care or urgent care who enjoys providing patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment.

Location: Panama City Beach, FL 32407

Position Highlights

• Schedule: 30–40 hours per week
• Weekday Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Weekend Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend; generally three out of every six weekends, with possible holiday rotations
• Patient Population: Primary and family care

What You'll Do

• Provide evidence-based primary and family care, including patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment, and management of health conditions.
• Evaluate patients and develop appropriate care plans for acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct routine examinations, screenings, diagnostic testing, and preventive health services.
• Support chronic disease management and educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care.
• Provide patient counseling and coordinate follow-up care and referrals when necessary.
• Collaborate with the clinical care team to improve patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and patient documentation.
• Assist with clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean clinical environment.
• Encourage patients to take an active role in their health and wellness.

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida, in good standing, with no current or prior disciplinary actions.
• At least 1 year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care — required.
• Master's degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national board certification.
• Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA).
• Current NPI number.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with electronic medical records and strong clinical documentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively, multitask, and collaborate with a clinical care team.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure if needed.

Important: Candidates without prior primary care or urgent care experience will not be considered.
