Looking for an experienced Line Cook with hands-on expertise in lobster and seafood preparation, charcoal grilling, and high-volume kitchen operations .
Skilled at preparing and cooking fresh seafood and meats to order while maintaining consistent quality, proper food safety, and efficient ticket times.
- Prepare and cook lobster, shellfish, seafood, steaks, chicken, and other menu items.
- Operate and maintain charcoal grills, ensuring proper temperatures and consistent cooking results.
- Execute grill and sauté station orders accurately during busy service periods.
- Properly clean, portion, season, and store seafood and other ingredients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with food-safety standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
- Monitor cooking temperatures, portion sizes, presentation, and product quality.
- Assist with prep work, inventory, receiving deliveries, and daily kitchen closing procedures.
- Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and consistency.
