Location Address 2350 SW 27 Avenue, Suite 104, Miami, FL 33145 RESPONSIBILITIES Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Must hold or be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
