Posting details Practice: Litigation Arnold & Porter is seeking a mid-level or senior litigation associate to join our Complex Litigation Practice Group in the Los Angeles or San Francisco office. Arnold & Porter is widely recognized for our successful record in sensitive, complex, and high-stakes litigation. Our litigators work across the firm's offices as one multi-disciplinary team on precedent-setting cases, resolving high-stakes disputes across the commercial landscape. Qualified candidates must have excellent legal analysis, writing skills, academic credentials, and references. Experience in privacy litigation and consumer protection class action matters is preferred, but not required. Experience performing at trial, arguing matters before courts or arbitrators, and taking and defending depositions is also preferred. Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the state of California. The salary range for this position in California is $260,000 to $435,000, commensurate with experience. Eligibility for an hours-based bonus available. #J-18808-Ljbffr
