For more visit: Location: Port Washington, NY (Hybrid, 4 days in the office) Position Overview: The Pricing Manager maintainsand manages our national pricing records with our proprietary pricing software. Reporting to the Director of Pricing, you will help to enforce our price positioning on multiple wine and spirit portfolios, while also being mindful of our budgets by brand. Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Regularly work with large data sets in excel using the following skills Vlookup, Range Lookups Pivot Tables If/Iferror Manage, complete, and respond to daily transactional pricing requests in accordance with assigned due dates. Help our Brand Teams to execute their planned strategy by maintaining consistent bottle pricing nationally while working within the spends that are available for each brand. Raise potential pricing issues to managers where we are outside of strategy. Tracking/logging of price structures to help streamline communication to our customers. Utilize VIP and Power BIreporting to analyze trends and profitability. Ensure compliance with operational policies. Effectively communicate with all internal departments from sales to the back office. Provide administrative assistance through running routine as well as ad hoc reports. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA a plus 3-5 Years of experience Strong communication, both written and verbal Superior organizational skills, detail oriented, must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, high energy, team-oriented atmosphere.
