Demand Planner

Employment Status: Full-Time, Benefits Eligible
Location: On-Site at NEW Gymreapers’ HQ in Nampa, ID (20 mins outside of Boise, ID)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs)

Position Overview:

Gymreapers is seeking a highly organized Demand Planner to join our growing Supply & Logistics team. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels across Gymreapers product lines. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain to align forecasts with business strategies, promotions, and market trends. This role is critical in supporting product availability while minimizing excess inventory and supply chain costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and lead Demand-Supply Review Meetings
• Create and manage rolling demand forecasts across all product categories, channels, and markets (DTC, Amazon, Wholesale, International).
• Create and report out on KPIs focused on SKU level forecast accuracy, while developing and implementing actions to improve KPIs.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, and promotional activity to improve forecast accuracy.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Inventory teams to align demand plans with production and purchasing schedules.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams on new product launches, product lifecycle planning, and sales velocity projections.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to demand plans to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
• Prepare and present monthly demand review reports with insights and recommendations.
• Identify and resolve forecast variances through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain and optimize forecasting tools, models, and systems (e.g., Excel, NetSuite, forecasting platforms).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics—experience in the consumer goods, retail forecasting, or e-commerce industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with forecasting software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, SAP IBP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
