Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) | Flexible Schedule BrightStar Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a key clinical team member delivering high-quality care throughout Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Medina counties. Job ResponsibilitiesInfant pediatric careSeizure monitoringTotal assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:BathingDressingFeedingToiletingMedication administrationMobility assistance and transfersSkilled Nursing CarePerform initial assessments, reassessments, and safety evaluationsDeliver skilled nursing services including wound care, injections, infusions, and other treatments within RN scope of practiceMonitor patient conditions and communicate changes appropriatelyMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationFollow infection control and safety protocolsCase Management & Care CoordinationDevelop and maintain individualized Plans of CareCoordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teamsSupport client admissions and transitions of careEnsure compliance with agency, state, federal, and Joint Commission standardsStaff Support & SupervisionConduct supervisory visits and competency assessmentsProvide clinical guidance and education to caregivers and nursing staffAssist with orientation, skills validation, and ongoing trainingSupport quality assurance and chart review activitiesQualificationsRequiredCurrent unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) licenseGraduate of an accredited nursing programMinimum three (3) years of clinical nursing experienceMinimum one (1) year of case management experienceCurrent CPR certificationValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insuranceAbility to travel throughout assigned service areasAbility to pass background check, drug screening, and other pre-employment requirementsPreferredHome health experienceHealthcare management experiencePediatric nursing experienceExperience supervising clinical staffPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull as requiredAbility to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodationWhy BrightStar Care?BrightStar Care is a nationally recognized leader in home care and medical staffing.
