Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to become a part of our outpatient team. Our team addresses a wide variety of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative issues, gait and balance challenges, as well as sports-related injuries. You can choose to maintain a general caseload or focus on specific areas such as orthopedics, manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, or concussion management. This position allows you to explore your clinical passions while delivering personalized, patient-focused care.

Your Responsibilities

• Assess and treat a varied outpatient physical therapy caseload.
• Create tailored, evidence-based care plans that align with patient needs and objectives.
• Handle an average of around 50 patient visits weekly while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered treatment.
• Utilize Raintree EMR for clinical documentation and workflow management.
• Leverage AI Scribe technology to enhance documentation efficiency and minimize administrative tasks.
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, functional training, manual techniques, patient education, and other relevant physical therapy interventions.
• Track patient progress and modify care plans to achieve favorable clinical results.
• Work in conjunction with referring providers, fellow clinicians, and support staff to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning abilities.
