Manufacturing Associate I / II – Cell Therapy

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00am–6:30pm
Status: Temp-to-hire
Pay : $25-31/hr

BioPhase is seeking a Manufacturing Associate (Level I or II) to support cell therapy production in a GMP-regulated environment. Level will be determined based on experience. This position supports hands-on manufacturing of cellular products in a cleanroom setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cell culture manufacturing activities including thawing, feeding, passaging, harvesting, counting, and cryopreservation
• Follow Batch Production Records (BPRs) and SOPs with accurate documentation
• Support aseptic processing in a cleanroom environment under GMP guidelines
• Assist with environmental monitoring, equipment cleaning, and facility maintenance
• Process blood and tissue-derived materials under cGMP standards
• Support testing activities including CFUs, sterility setup, and flow cytometry for viability and cell identification
• Assist with material handling, supply stocking, and inventory support
• Document deviations and communicate production updates to management

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with cell culture and aseptic technique preferred
• GMP experience required for Level II consideration
• Ability to perform calculations (cell counts, viability, seeding densities, volumes, weights)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Comfortable working with human cells, biohazard materials, chemicals, and liquid nitrogen
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
