CNC Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. The CNC Machine Operator will play a key role in ensuring quality and efficiency in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines for various machining processes including turning, milling, and grinding.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine specifications and tolerances.
Monitor machine operations to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, with a strong focus on lathe operation.
Familiarity with manual machining techniques and processes.
Knowledge of machining processes including milling and grinding.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Understanding of tolerance specifications and the importance of precision in machining.
Experience with safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with machinery brands such as Mori-Seki and Doosan is a plus.
Background in aerospace machining is preferred.
