Job Description: Insight Global is seeking an MRO Inspector Technician for a leading aerospace manufacturing and maintenance client. This individual will join a growing Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) team responsible for ensuring the quality and airworthiness of aircraft ventilation and environmental control system components. The role is heavily focused on inspection, documentation review, and regulatory compliance rather than hands-on repair work. The ideal candidate will have an FAA A&P/AMP license or prior experience as a Certified Repairman within an aerospace repair station environment. This person will perform visual inspections, basic dimensional measurements, verify FAA documentation, and support the release of aircraft components back into service. Day-to-Day: Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on aerospace ventilation components Conduct detailed visual inspections and basic dimensional checks Verify component compliance with customer, engineering, and FAA requirements Review maintenance, repair, and overhaul documentation Support completion and verification of FAA 8130 release documentation Inspect parts for defects, damage, wear, and airworthiness requirements Verify calibration records and inspection equipment status Collaborate with quality, repair, and operations teams in a small-team environment Ensure all work is completed accurately and on schedule
