Education

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, complemented by preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
