Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to ventilator-dependent patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Monitor and maintain patient vital signs, medical equipment, and treatment modalities Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless coordination of care Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment Requirements Minimum Years of Experience: at least 1 Year experience with vent patients Must have a VALID OH RN license #J-18808-Ljbffr Clovernookhc
