Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise the food and beverage outlet and manage daily operations during your shift.
Guest Service: Promote and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with company standards.
Operational Management: Support and administer operational goals while monitoring performance and profit objectives.
Scheduling: Create effective and efficient staff schedules, maintain labor costs, and achieve guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues, resolving problems and conflicts diplomatically.
Flexible availability to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Strong communication skills to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from managers, clients, and the public.
Physical ability to stand/walk regularly and occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Schedule

Full-time position with flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
