Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition SummaryWe are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focusedSales Assistant (Entry to Mid-Level)to support our sales team and executive leadership. This role is ideal for someone early in their career or with a few years of experience who is eager to grow in sales, customer engagement, and business development.The Sales Assistant will work closely with the CEO and sales team to help build strong customer and partner relationships while supporting day-to-day sales operations in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing, organizing, and distributing sales presentations, proposals, and customer materials.Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to schedule meetings and identify potential sales opportunities.Support scheduling of appointments, meetings, and follow-up activities for the sales team.Work with the CEO and sales team to help maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.Enter and update customer information and sales activity in the CRM system.Assist with customer communications, including follow-up emails and meeting summaries.Support sales campaigns, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing initiatives as needed.Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.Assist in tracking sales opportunities and maintaining pipeline updates.Provide general administrative support to the sales organization.QualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Good organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.Positive, professional, and customer-friendly attitude.Comfortable making outbound phone calls and speaking with customers.Ability to multitask and learn in a fast-paced environment.Basic problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, retail, or administrative roles preferred.Desired AttributesEager to learn and grow in a sales or business development career.Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented.Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.Customer-focused mindset with a desire to provide excellent service.Positive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities.What Success Looks LikeSales materials and presentations are prepared accurately and on time with appropriate guidance.Outbound calls and follow-ups help generate meetings and sales opportunities for the team.Customers and partners receive timely, clear, and professional communication.Strong working relationship with the CEO and sales team is developed over time.Demonstrates growth in confidence, communication, and sales support capabilities.Contributes positively to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
