Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video chat sessions with clients to assess and address their mental health needs effectively.

• Utilize empathetic listening to encourage clients to share their emotions and personal experiences, fostering self-discovery and insight.

• Act as a client advocate, assisting them in identifying and articulating their therapy goals.

• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans with a solution-focused approach, leveraging your clinical expertise.

• Document client progress accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure continuity of care and adherence to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is primarily on adult clients dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. As a therapist, you will engage with clients who are relatively stable and seeking the tools necessary to enhance their overall well-being. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active independent license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong computer skills to navigate telehealth platforms and EHR systems effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
