Qualifications: MD or DO

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

Active/Unrestricted Medical License

Fellowship trained in Adult Reconstructive Surgery or Sports Medicine

Education Required Doctorate of Medicine Education Preferred Doctorate of Medicine Experience 5-7 years Residency Training Required

License and Certification Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred

Licensed Physician Required
