Restaurant Assistant General Manager Compensation Range: 55,000.00 - 70,500.00 The Restaurant Assistant General Manager position is responsible for partnering with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations with an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a Brand ambassador and a true second in charge, they uphold company standards, oversee cost centers and create an unparalleled and memorable experience for our Guests and Team Members. The Assistant General Manager is a culture champion for our people and strives for continuous improvement while embracing the better for being here mentality. Other Types of Compensation (subject to qualifications and requirements): Variable Bonus, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program, Paid Parental Leave.
