Senior Accountant
Taylor White
Looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused Senior Accountant. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for the accounting and financial activities of development projects. A valued member of the Accounting Team, you will also work closely with the Construction, Development and Finance Teams, lending institutions, and external stakeholders. Reconciling and preparing monthly financial statements, including the general ledger, sub-ledgers, and budgets. Responsibilities Set up, prepare, and submit timely and accurate financial documents Work closely with team members to assist with month-end close Monitor budget variances and performance metrics and provide insightful analysis Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting 3+ years’ experience in Accounting Strong understanding of real estate accounting principles #J-18808-Ljbffr Taylor White
