Job Description

Lead day-to-day field operations from project kickoff through completion. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel. Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved. Enforce safety standards and quality control measures. Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors. Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates. Identify and resolve field issues proactively.

The Successful Applicant

Previous experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects. Experience with retail, renovation, and/or ground-up construction preferred. Ability and willingness to travel extensively. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of project scheduling, safety compliance, and quality assurance.

What's on Offer

Base Salary: Up to $125,000. Per Diem: $910 per week (to cover lodging and meals). Vehicle Allowance: $550-$700 per month.
