Schedule & On‑Site Requirement Schedule – Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm. Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs. On‑Site Requirement: This position requires physical presence on site during your scheduled hours. Compensation Package $110,000 to $155,000 per year Bonus Incentives based on project milestones Other compensation may include vehicle allowance The above compensation is a range. What We Offer Competitive starting wages (listed above) A company-wide commitment to diversity and inclusion A positive work environment where employee contributions are valued A fun culture with team building activities and events Competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits (Employer pays 85% of employee’s premium) 401k contribution opportunity with an annual company match Paid sick leave accrual equivalent to 1.33 hours for every 30 hours worked (~11 days per year) Paid vacation starting at three weeks and increasing with tenure 13 paid holidays, including 2 personal holidays of your choice Comprehensive training programs and development opportunities What We’re Looking For 4+ years’ experience on multifamily, senior housing, or hotel projects 2+ years’ experience as a Construction Superintendent Ability to read and understand plans, specifications and scopes of work High School Diploma or GED required Experience with Procore preferred Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel) preferred Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling software preferred Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficient in effective communication and teamwork Positive outlook and collaborative team approach Responsibility and pride in their work Fluent in English with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Your Role Work on project from start to closeout Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules Manage subcontractor and material scheduling Keep updated records of progress through daily field status reports Foster positive relationships with team members, subcontractors, owners, and city officials Prioritize tasks and identify problems or potential problems related to job organization Coordinate with Project Manager and support team to complete all aspects of the project Perform quality control reviews of materials received and work performed Inspect all completed work and take corrective actions as needed Work with safety team to create and maintain a safe working environment for all Assist in additional duties as requested We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
