Travel Physical Therapist - $2,241 per week

Job Summary Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Groesbeck, Texas. The assignment is a 13‑week contract, 40 hours per week, starting ASAP. Responsibilities Assess patients referred for rehabilitation services and provide direct patient care. Determine medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals based on each patient's capacity and tolerance. Set realistic and achievable goals for patients, document and record patient condition. Educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient and provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited school. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in the process of obtaining licensure. Current CPR certification.
