Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our medical-surgical/telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Pennsylvania nursing license and have at least two years of relevant experience. This role is critical in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Monitor patient conditions and vital signs, documenting changes and responding appropriately.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and post-discharge plans.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.QualificationsCurrent and valid Pennsylvania nursing license.Must hold current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications.Minimum of two years of experience in a medical-surgical/telemetry nursing role.Ability to work straight nights on a consistent schedule.Exceptional communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.Work ScheduleThis position offers options for night shifts with three 12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00) or day shifts (07:00 - 19:00).
