Schedule/Hours:

• 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Four-day work week fosters a balance between professional dedication and personal exploration

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license (state or compact)
• Minimum of 1-2 years current experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse
• Strong knowledge of surgical aseptic technique and perioperative procedures
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Experience with a variety of specialties preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting surgeons in all phases of operative procedures with a focus on safety and patient outcome
• Performing circulating and/or scrub nurse duties
• Ensuring strict adherence to sterilization protocols and infection control
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care
• Supporting patients and families with empathy and respect
