This role is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent through proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and consultative partnership with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.The Talent Acquisition Advisor manages all aspects of the hiring lifecycle, including workforce planning discussions, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, interview facilitation, offer development, and candidate experience. Success in this role requires the ability to build strong relationships, influence hiring decisions through data and market insights, and deliver exceptional service to both candidates and business leaders.As a trusted advisor, the Talent Acquisition Advisor leverages recruiting technologies, talent market intelligence, employer branding initiatives, and talent pipeline strategies to help the organization meet current and future workforce needs while ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring experience.Major ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment Process:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, from job posting to Ready for HirePartner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create job postingAssist in the interview process, helping to maintain a uniform and streamlined candidate and stakeholder experienceEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policiesCandidate Sourcing and Screening:Utilize multiple sourcing methods, including CRM, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract potential candidatesScreenings technical, cultural fit, potentialCandidate Experience:Ensure candidate journey exceeds stakeholder expectationsStakeholder Collaboration:Partnering with Hiring Manager on market trendsWork closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure alignment on recruitment process and strategiesProvide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate statusEmployer Branding:Partner with employer branding team to promote the company as an employer of choice through LinkedIn/other social platformsParticipate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activitiesData Management and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Run reports on recruitment activities and metricsMinimum Job RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field or Equivalent ExperienceWork Experience3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, or related fieldsExperience with social media recruiting and employer branding initiatives.Knowledge / Skills / AbilitiesFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment softwareKnowledge of employment laws and regulations.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.Excellent relationship-building skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.High level of accuracy in managing candidate information and recruitment documentation.Thorough approach to screening and evaluating candidates.Ability to identify and resolve recruitment challenges.Proactive and resourceful approach to finding solutions.Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.“We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.” #J-18808-Ljbffr Generac Power Systems Inc
