Occupational Therapist (OT)

Schedule PRN role with flexible scheduling. The position does not require working weekends, and shift start and end times are flexible. How You'll Contribute Assess patients' ability to safely and effectively perform occupational skills. Design appropriate plans of care, including type and frequency of treatment. Implement treatment plans using appropriate modalities. Document subjective and objective findings of patient progress. Monitor and modify plans of care as needed, seeking consultation when necessary. Educate patients and their families or caregivers about deficits. Plan and/or assist with patient discharge from therapy services and treatment settings, providing information regarding adaptive equipment and support programs. Supervise and delegate care provided by certified occupational therapy assistants and therapy technicians according to licensing laws, state regulations, and practice standards.
