Home Health Respiratory Therapist Educator

AdvisaCare is seeking a full‑time Respiratory Therapist Director in the Lansing, MI area. Responsibilities Manage records, complete necessary paperwork, and perform patient assessments Travel up to 2 hours away from Lansing when necessary Educate and administer all aspects of respiratory therapy including mechanical ventilation and trach management Participate in training and transition patients from a facility to the home setting Comply with all policies and standards of safety and infection control Perform all duties in a courteous and customer‑focused manner in accordance with AdvisaCare’s standards of practice Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Qualifications Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care Licensed in Michigan as a Respiratory Therapist Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Knowledge of modern principles, methods, materials, and equipment Understanding of possible hazards to patients and appropriate precautions Minimum of 1 year of Respiratory Therapy experience Management experience preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Ability to pass drug screening and clear background check Benefits 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) Medical benefits Excellent pay with weekly paychecks Employee appreciation program Rewarding work environment High‑tech clientele Advanced skilled training offered Therapy division affiliation 24/7 staffing support #J-18808-Ljbffr
