Charge RN - Emergency RoomThis is a full-time position with a schedule of 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, working three 12-hour night shifts per week for a total of 36 hours.The Charge RN position is responsible for overseeing patient care in the Emergency Department (ED) and serving as a backup to the Med/Surg Stepdown unit. This role requires a strong background in emergency care and excellent leadership skills.Provide clinical leadership in the Emergency Department.Manage patient care and coordinate with healthcare teams.Float to Med/Surg Stepdown and assist with patient care as needed.Ensure high-quality, compassionate care to all patients.Supervise nursing staff and provide guidance and support.Minimum of 2 years of current experience in an Emergency Room setting.Charge nurse experience is required.Experience in a Critical Access Hospital is highly preferred.Active American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications are required.Submit a signed reference within the past year of employment.All licenses and certifications must be current at the time of submission.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
