Analyzing California workers compensation claims, the full-time Claims Examiner Workers Compensation I will adjudicate complex customer claims remotely while ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service expectations. Key responsibilities Investigating and gathering information to determine claim exposure and processing claims to resolution Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients Required qualifications 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred Knowledge of California workers compensation regulations
