Personal Care Aide

The Cambridge Assisted Living & MemoryCare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to provide supportive care to our clients in Smyrna, GA. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to promote their independence and enhance their quality of life. The Personal Care Aide will work closely with residents to ensure their health, safety, and comfort. Responsibilities Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing Help with mobility and transfers safely Support residents with meal preparation and feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment Provide companionship and emotional support Monitor and report any changes in resident's condition to supervisors Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures Shift 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Requirements Previous experience in personal care or related field preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and supporting clients Compassionate, patient, and reliable Ability to maintain client confidentiality Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred Benefits Competitive pay of $16.00 per hour paid bi-weekly Opportunity to make a positive impact in residents’ lives Supportive work environment Training and development opportunities About the Company The Cambridge Assisted Living & Memory Care is committed to providing high-quality personal care services that enhance the well-being and independence of our clients.
