Job Title: Oracle Fusion Fleet Management Consultant
Location: Onsite at Miami, FL
Position Type: Contract
Preferred Qualifications
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification.
• Experience implementing equipment costing and project integration models.
• Knowledge of telematics platforms such as Caterpillar VisionLink, Verizon Connect, Geotab, Samsara, or similar.
• Prior experience with EPC, Utility Construction or Infrastructure organizations.
• Understanding of equipment ROI and fleet optimization frameworks.
Functional Expertise
• 10+ years of Fleet Management, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), or Equipment Management experience.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of:
o Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets
o Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM)
o Oracle SCM
o Oracle Field Service
o Cost Management
o Inventory Management

Roles & Responsibilities
Fleet & Equipment Management
• Lead business process discovery workshops covering:
o Equipment acquisition
o Equipment deployment
o Equipment utilization tracking
o Fleet maintenance
o Equipment retirement and disposal
• Design fleet management processes supporting owned, leased, and rented equipment.
• Define equipment master data, classifications, hierarchies, locations, and ownership structures.
• Configure and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes.
• Implement equipment utilization and availability monitoring.
Equipment P&L Management
• Define and implement Equipment P&L reporting framework.
• Track:
o Ownership costs
o Depreciation costs
o Maintenance expenses
o Fuel consumption costs
o Rental expenses
o Operator costs
o Utilization revenue recovery
Create profitability models at:
o Asset level
o Fleet level
o Region level
o Business unit level
• Design equipment cost recovery and chargeback mechanisms.
Asset Lifecycle Management
• Define end-to-end asset lifecycle processes covering:
o Capital acquisition
o Commissioning
o Maintenance
o Transfers
o Upgrades
o Retirement
o Disposal
• Integrate Oracle Fixed Assets and equipment operations.
• Configure depreciation and asset accounting requirements.
• Establish asset performance and lifecycle KPIs.
Project Cost Integration
• Design integration between equipment operations and Oracle Fusion PPM.
• Ensure equipment usage costs are automatically charged to projects.
• Configure:
o Equipment rates
o Usage-based costing
o Time-based costing
o Cost recovery models
Enable visibility of:
o Equipment costs by project
o Equipment utilization by project
o Equipment profitability by project
• Support project billing and project profitability reporting.
Integration & Data Management
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate:
o Telematics systems
o GPS solutions
o Fuel management platforms
o Maintenance applications
o Rental management systems
• Define equipment migration strategy from legacy systems.
• Ensure data quality and governance across fleet operations.
Reporting & Analytics
• Design executive dashboards for:
o Equipment Utilization %
o Fleet Availability %
o Fleet Maintenance Backlog
o Equipment ROI
o Equipment P&L
o Project Equipment Cost Analysis
• Support OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI and Oracle Analytics reporting requirements.
