Mammography Technologist Travel Assignment

Join as an experienced Mammography Technologist for a travel assignment supporting a hospital in Winchester, VA. In this role, you will perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease. The position supports a Level II trauma center and uses EPIC.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current ARRT Mammography certification (M).
• Minimum 2 years of mammography experience, including screening and diagnostic imaging. MQSA compliance required.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Valid Virginia license. If not currently held, provide status of application/eligibility.
• Experience working in hospital-based mammography preferred, including familiarity with trauma center operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Prior experience in a Level II trauma center or large hospital environment (450-bed facility experience preferred).

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
• No weekend requirements.
• No on-call requirements.
• Floats: None required.

As a Mammography Technologist on this assignment, you will provide essential diagnostic services that support breast health across inpatient and outpatient settings. Your role will directly contribute to timely diagnosis and care coordination at a busy hospital serving the Winchester community.
