Your future role at a glance Location: Nashville, TN Facility: Saint Thomas West Department: Post Cardiac Surgery Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift How you’ll make an impact in this role Compose, type and transcribe correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required. Route written communications as appropriate. Communicate with others in person, telephone, and/or email. May receive and screen visitors and handles general inquiries. Assist with preparing for and facilitating meetings, conferences, programs and/or special events. Establish and maintain filing systems. Order and stock supplies. May enter information from a variety of sources into computer database(s) and verify data entered into computer by checking printouts/reports for errors and correcting as required. What minimum qualifications you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
