Trial Attorney

Our client is a top firm, seeking a litigation associate with 5-7 years of experience. The salary range for this position is $140k to $160k.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience of civil litigation experience preferably in a law firm.
• Experience handling written discovery and depositions.
• Federal court experience and experience litigating complex insurance coverage matters are a plus.
• Excellent communication and strong client interfacing skills.
• Experience with litigation technology and e-discovery platforms.
• Admission to practice in Massachusetts.
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
