In-App Marketing Manager (Creator Marketing)About the Role

We are seeking an experienced In-App Marketing Manager to support a growing creator marketing organization. In this role, you will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that engage creators through in-app and email channels, providing guidance, resources, and best practices that drive creator growth and success.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, performance-driven, and experienced in building scalable digital marketing programs. You enjoy solving complex problems, delivering actionable insights, and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the end-to-end development of in-app marketing strategies for creator-focused programs that support short-term and long-term business objectives.

• Build, manage, and optimize digital marketing channels, including email communications, in-app notifications, and other engagement touchpoints.

• Develop and promote digital marketing best practices while continuously identifying opportunities for innovation and campaign improvement.

• Design and execute testing strategies, including A/B and multivariate testing, to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor campaign results to provide data-driven recommendations and identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.

• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights that improve user engagement and marketing outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, paid social, in-product messaging, or similar platforms.

• Experience with A/B testing, campaign measurement, performance analysis, and channel optimization.

• Experience partnering with analytics, data science, or business intelligence teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Experience working effectively with cross-functional and matrixed teams.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance-driven marketing and continuous optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Familiarity with the creator economy, content creators, and creator engagement strategies.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Menlo Park, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
