Senior Staff Accountant
Annapolis, MD (100% Onsite)
$85,000 - $100,000 + Bonus

A growing real estate investment, development, and property management company in Annapolis is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join its accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant looking to take ownership of multi-entity accounting responsibilities and work closely with leadership in a collaborative, flexible environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end and year-end close activities across multiple entities
• Perform full-cycle accounting, including GL, reconciliations, AP, and AR
• Process capital calls, partner distributions, and loan requisitions
• Assist with financial reporting and annual tax support, including K-1 coordination
• Support real estate transactions, refinancings, and related accounting activities
• Maintain various compliance and administrative accounting records

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong multi-entity accounting experience required
• Background in real estate, property management, development, construction, or similar industries preferred
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and full-cycle accounting
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Sage 300 CRE, AppFolio, Yardi, MRI, or similar systems is a plus
