Seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RT/RRT) for a contract opportunity in a healthcare setting. SHIFT DETAILS

• Shift Time: 6:30 PM 7:00 AM
• Meal Break: 30 Minutes
• 12.5-Hour Night Shift

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate: $43.20 - $50.40 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Respiratory Therapist License in good standing
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Previous experience in acute care, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing settings preferred
• Knowledge of oxygen therapy, airway management, and ventilator care
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform respiratory assessments and monitor patient status
• Administer respiratory treatments and oxygen therapy
• Manage and monitor ventilator-supported patients
• Assist with airway management and emergency respiratory interventions
• Evaluate patient response to therapy and recommend modifications as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory treatments and disease management
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with respiratory care standards, policies, and procedures
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and quality outcomes
