Tobacco Treatment Program Coordinator

Job Details – Level: Management | Position Type: Full Time | Education Level: Graduate Degree | Salary Range: $60,196.00 - $84,234.00 | Location: 85 Willow Street, New Haven, CT 06511 Lead a Program That Changes Lives What You'll Do: Provide leadership and supervision to program staff, supporting professional development, quality service delivery, and program success. Oversee implementation of tobacco cessation services and integrate best practices across agency programs and community partnerships. Coordinate training, coaching, and technical assistance on evidence-based tobacco treatment strategies and DPH-approved curricula. Lead community outreach, education, and marketing efforts to increase awareness and engagement in cessation services. Monitor program outcomes, compliance, documentation, and data reporting to ensure achievement of grant and agency goals. Manage program operations, including budgets, performance metrics, quality improvement initiatives, and stakeholder collaboration. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in a Health, Human Services, Public Health, Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Minimum of five years of experience in a behavioral health, healthcare, or human services setting. At least three years of supervisory or management experience. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Preferred Qualifications Connecticut professional licensure. Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist (CTTS) credential. Experience managing grant-funded programs, performance metrics, and community partnerships. Why Join Us?
