Location: Front Royal, VA

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Full-Time, Permanent Position

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This full-time position offers a great opportunity to provide one-on-one patient care in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on improving patients’ quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

· Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients in an outpatient setting.

· Utilize evidence-based practices to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.

· Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

· Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding home exercise programs and wellness.

 

Qualifications

· Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

· Licensure: Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Kentucky (or eligibility to obtain).

· Experience: Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required.

· Certifications: BLS certification required.
