Your Role Will Include

• Managing Full-Cycle Recruitment from the initial consultation to the final placement.
• Acting as a Trusted Client Partner, diving deep into their hiring needs, challenges, and culture.
• Strategic Sourcing utilizing our exclusive CRM/ATS, alongside your personal networks and proprietary communication tools.
• Leveraging Our Integrative Platform to keep track of candidates, manage outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focusing on Permanent Placements that offer sustained value to clients while maximizing your commissions.
• Contributing to Our Thought Leadership as we enhance both our brand and yours.
