Pay: $70,000 $150,000 per year + monthly bonuses

Overview:
B&M Electric voted one of South Bays favorite electrical companies is hiring skilled Residential Electrician . Youll perform diagnostics, repairs, inspections, and installations while delivering top-notch customer service and working under National Codes.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base pay + monthly bonuses

• Continued Education Bonus (per approved class)
• Paid Sick Leave (5 days/year after 90 days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems
• Provide expert troubleshooting, estimates, and customer education
• Sell and promote Membership Plans and additional services
• Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately
• Maintain communication with office staff and supervisors
• Keep your service vehicle clean, stocked, and in good condition

• Able to lift/move up to 150 lbs
